President's Message

Dear APPNA DMV family,

Assalam-o-Alaikum,

First of all, I would like to thank all of you for giving me this opportunity to serve as the President of the APPNA DMV chapter for the year 2013. It is indeed a great privilege for me.

This has been one of the most vibrant APPNA chapters, and over the last few years, we have done a fabulous job of arranging social events and free clinics, fundraising for flood victims, and donating to local kitchens. This has all been possible due to the hard work of many of our members.

I would like to thank our past presidents, Dr. Sohail Qurni and Dr. Mubarak Khan, for their exemplary leadership; Dr. M. Akbar for chairing our election and nomination committee; Dr. Talha Siddiqui for his guidance and leadership; and Dr. Reema Chodhary and Khalid Ali for arranging all of our successful entertainment programs and making them cost-efficient.

I am very hopeful that this year we will continue to grow as a family. I encourage all of you to join our APPNA DMV chapter and help us to continue our mission of working together to help others.
